Viking 312 is a convenient one bedroom condominium located right in downtown Telluride near the Coonskin Chairlift. The advantages of the unit being on the third floor are obvious as you step out onto the balcony and take in the breathtaking views of the San Miguel River and Telluride Ski Resort.

The unit has a queen Murphy bed and a set of twin bunks in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a full bath and a kitchenette.

The complex boasts a swimming pool and a hot tub. Sure crowd pleasers after a day of playing in the mountains!
