The Legacy house is a block and a half from Lift 8 and the Gondola Base Complex, along the San Miguel River and River Trail. The Legacy House can sleep ten, in all, and has loads of living space. Amenities include a fabulous gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, washer/dryer, jetted tub, and steam shower. Bedding includes a king, a queen, two twins and two bunk beds. A big deck offers great views, a gas grill and hot tub. Two other porches face the ski mountain. This home has a 5 night minimum stay and an eight person maximum.
