The Ice House Lodge and Condominiums - 3BR/3BA
The Ice House Lodge is a 22-room lodge adjoined by 16 two-and three-bedroom condominiums with fully-equipped kitchens. By combining Southwestern elegance with an old fashioned emphasis on comfort and service, this casual but sophisticated hotel brings to Telluride a new standard in mountain lodging. A sky-lit mezzanine with a big-screen TV and a small library with fireplace provide quiet places to relax and after a hard day of play. A full continental breakfast is served in the mezzanine, and the après-ski bar provides a relaxing setting at the end of the day. The property also offers a swimming pool, large hot tub and eucalyptus steam room. In addition, a covered parking garage, complimentary ski storage and an elevator are also on premises.
The Lodge is ideally located two blocks from the heart of Telluride and 100 yards from the Oak Street Ski Lift and the Gondola to the Mountain Village and The Lodge is also adjacent to the River Park with its cross-country ski and nature trail, and at the head of the Bear Creek hiking trail and its spectacular waterfalls. The pond, river, and wetlands neighboring the hotel afford natural splendor and wildlife observation unequalled within the border of a town.
Condominiums
The Ice House also has 16 one, two, and three-bedroom condominiums up to 2,300 square feet in size. All condo units have a full kitchen, large living and dining areas, walk-in master closet and oversized master bath with jetted tub. private washer and dryer, large decks and two full bathrooms. Amenities include; VCR, CD Player, clock radio and in-floor radiant heat.
Three bedroom condominiums
The three bedroom condominiums are approximately 1957 square feet and offer one king bed in the master bedroom. Bedding in the second and third bedrooms varies from unit to unit.
For those who wish to mix business with pleasure, the Ice House has a conference room and business facilities.
