Riverside is located by the Town Park and its Beaver Pond and at the trailhead of Bear Creek Preserve. They are also adjacent to the San Miguel River and its River Trail. Just two blocks from the gondola and Lift 8 Base Complex, Riverside also has an outdoor hot tub and private ski lockers.

Riverside D01 has a queen bed, a set of twins and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit is on the ground floor with a private deck that faces north, overlooking the San Miguel River.
